Our designs are carefully crafted to optimise your space while aligning with local planning guidelines, increasing the likelihood of approval. We stay actively engaged with planning authorities throughout the process, addressing any concerns promptly to keep things moving smoothly.

With extensive experience in challenging planning scenarios—such as Sui Generis HMOs, Article 4 restrictions, Conservation Areas, and Listed Buildings—we’re well-equipped to manage even the most intricate cases with confidence

Tender & Building Regulations Drawing Packages

After planning approval, we provide comprehensive and adaptable drawing services tailored to your needs. This includes complete Building Regulations packages and tender documentation, as well as optional add-ons such as detailed electrical and lighting plans.

Please be aware that our service is limited to producing drawings only—we do not offer on-site supervision, project management, or contract administration. Once your drawings are delivered, you’ll take the lead in hiring and managing your contractor and seeing your project come to life
